What this site is
policyandcompliance.com explains standards, regulations and required documents, and lists firms that work with them. It is a reference and a directory. It is not legal, audit, tax or professional advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship between you and us.
Accuracy, and its limits
Every page is compiled from linked sources and reviewed in stages, and each record shows which stage it has reached and when. Rules change, agencies move pages, and errors happen. We do not warrant that anything here is complete or current. Read the linked source, then decide. If you find something wrong, tell us at corrections@policyandcompliance.com and we will check it against the source and fix it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from the use of this site or from decisions taken on the strength of it, including missed obligations, failed audits or contracts lost. Your obligations are yours.
Listings and firms
A listing is not a recommendation, an endorsement or a warranty about a firm. Verified means a person here checked the record against the firm's own published material on the date shown, nothing more. We are not a party to any engagement you enter with a firm you find here, and we take no share of any fee.
Advertising
Each page carries at most one labeled Sponsored placement. Paying for it changes nothing else on the page. The publisher's own tool takes that slot on pages for the frameworks it supports, at no charge, and is labeled every time. See the methodology page.
Using our content
Quote us, link to us, and take screenshots. Please credit the page you took it from. Bulk copying of the directory or the framework data for a competing service is not permitted. Automated crawling should be reasonable and respect robots.txt.

Links to agencies, registers and firms are provided so you can check the source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
